Tasks Your main responsibilities will involve: Gain practical experience in the recruitment process by supporting candidate selection, communication, and applicant assistance throughout hiring stages Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, including the organization and execution of orientation days for new trainees. Provide organizational and administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and training processes Participating in projects focused on the continuous improvement and further development of technical training programs.
